EU and NA will never use raid finder for the simple fact that there are far too many prog liars and people who are trying to farm but still can't clear consistently. Being able to use your blacklist to prevent people from joining your parties is basically a necessity.

Suppose I wasn't clear on a couple points. This is not an adjustment for the current Chaotic and while enemies may change attack patterns as people join, nothing the light parties do can directly damage the 8 man.
I'm sure ther are other concerns but these are solvable problems. The point I'm trying to get across is to circumvent the need to gather so many people to even experience the content.
Queue in, fight Nael. Mid fight a light party joins on an adjacent platform where she has summoned a golem. Nael gets more Hp, sharing with the add, and now some of her attacks leave fire puddles on the ground. Adds soft enrage when boss dies and despawn when out of combat. 8 man gets extra loot even if the light parties wipe.
