Virtual Reality and MMORPGs

It'll be cool if I actually FEEL or AM my character.

Look at myself in the mirror in-game and it's my character. His voice, his body, etc.

That'll be rad.

seeing how fast technology is growing and does not seem to be stoping anytime soon i have to agree maybe 20 years from now for testing and stuff but for us to pay i don't see that happening for 40-50+years and for a company to make a mmo using it that would take even longer so i don't think we see a mmo in our life time using it :( which is pretty sad.

Kinda wish i was immortal, bleh.

I am set on getting the Oculus Rift as well. I think it will definitely take gaming closer to that VR feeling. Check it out for yourselves!

Ya definitely be awesome, when it is truly possible I have always thought there needs to be some safety protocols so that you have to eat and drink and the like.

When I think of mmo vr, I think of star ocean till the end of time.

Instead of kinect, maybe someone could figure a way to mix the Oculus Rift with the Leap Motion thingy?
