It would be just like in the 90s with those coupons you'd cut off cereal boxes and send off for a free toy!

What they should do, to keep achievements a part of the world, but to also allow people to get the titles or items fast is offer an opt-in system to receive them though mognet (yes moogle mail should be called mognet ff9 ftw) you can opt in any time from a delivery moogle and also opt-out of it again.

With this people who care about seeing what the npc says (perhaps have some form of conversation that will make people want to do this) they can, but people can also just get the rewards if they want, that will be the best way as far as I can tell.
