You appreciate that Y'shtola and Feo Ul have the same English VA, right? Robyn Addison. She is from Derbyshire in the north of England and in interviews has a noticeable regional accent. When voicing Y'shtola, she uses a Southern England accent. Her brilliant Feo Ul is Scottish. (oops, wrong VA) The accents aren't "fake," she's acting.

Isn't Feo Ul voiced by Olivia Morgan? Do you mean Twintania, the Lightwarden?

I curiously went back to look at these lines again, and I am sorry but you could do a thousand, hundred thousand retakes even, it's absolutely not going to change anything whatsoever about that single piece of dialogue which just feels so disconnected and weird for the character to suddenly say - "There... A rift in her reality! She's losing control of the power".

The first instance of "Sphene" sounds a little better, but IMO, there's nothing that can salvage it. - The other one felt like a train wreck, I had to actually glare at the subtitles as it sounded like she was saying "'T'S ME". The consistency leaves a lot to be desired in terms of clarity for the final segment, IMO.

In general there is absolutely nothing whatsoever that could salvage this particular segment of the story... Between the initial dialogue, and the end dialogue, the writers seemingly felt themselves convinced that it wasn't actually a 'trial' between us and Sphene at that given time, but rather that it was Wuk Lamat playing all along.

Oh yes, you're right. Robyn "fakes" a Scottish accent as Titania. The point is accents are regional. Someone who grows up in Jamaica speaks English with the same accent irrespective of their race.

Salóme Gunnarsdóttir also voiced Athena, putting on a British accent to do so.

Like, yeah, I'm not going to begrudge anyone who sincerely thinks that a voice actress with the appropriate accent should have been chosen. But half the people spewing this talking point don't actually care about that; they're just using it as a Woke Gotcha.

I liked every line more except the first couple lines when she's bursting in. The new wording for that first bit is awkward, but from then on I thought she really knocked it out of the park.

Kudos to Sena. This new version reflects her range from her demo reel a lot better.
