Sometimes makes me wonder what they will do once they are done with the batches of 10+ existing + new hairstyles per patch. Wonder if that would be batches of headgear afterwards.

My guess is just as good as yours, but I think, since FFXIV mobile is an entirely new game and developed by a different company, SE just went and threw money at Tencent and made Yoshi-P announce it.

Emphasis on they said we would have unique racial hair to make up for it.

Those badly implemented hairstyles that Hrothgar got are not it, they're mostly terrible and disappointing.

Sorry for the double post, but I would be ok with no headpieces if it meant we'd had some crazy hairstyles but alas we only get full head swap helmets, bad face visors and bad regular human hair ports.

It's been years, we never got a full mane, heck, they didn't even make one based on Red XIII that's a no brainer.

Those races could actually have long hair, because they'd not have headpieces to clip and it would be great.

But here we are.

It's actually ridiculous that they never fixed the fact the nier hair styles give male hrothgar a brain tumour on the back of their heads. Didn't even fix it when they gave it to femhroth

Funny thing, that's a lot of stuff doesn't happen because they have standards (clipping lol) but this is completely acceptable.

As a now full time Hrothgar... I am happy we don't get all those kinds of head wear... A LOT if not 90%+ of it would hurt my ears one way or another, besides I did not chose the race hats and other head wear to be honest, get your things right, if wearing a hat... or other thing on your head and it is that important, do it in a race, where it would not hurt or hinder your ears functionality.

Literally so many hats cover miqo ears, so if you feel you don't want to wear a hat for 'lore reasons' like it would hurt your ears, then you can just not wear a hat.
