You can keep those friendships with cross dc travel, or you can make an alt and give them the money to purchase the house for you.

Aye to add to this since the OP seems to already have a FC house with their FC mates I would strongly suggest a private small to start - get your foot in the door as even I lived in the same small for 3 years before moving into a much nicer medium.

That's what I ended up doing. I had my heart set on a plot in Mist as well, but after loosing 7 lotteries in a row, I went for a plot in Goblet and got one on my first try. It really helped that I was the only one bidding on that plot... Khryseis_Astra is right, however, they do have the most amazing starry nights there.

Mao agrees! Goblets is NICE. Mao loves all the brown stoneworks. Is make greenery stand out much more!

Goblet has too much brown for me, if they used more varied and colorful stones, it'll look better but being that it's Ul'dah, the Goblet should look like the Hanging Gardens of Babylon with many plants and more, if they could add plants and trees to the valley and the paths between homes, it may become one of the nicer zones. Empyreum is another housing zone that has many low bid plots too as an alternative.

Because people want to let go of everything they've invested in this game, just to pay to move to another server, just to enjoy an aspect of the game?

Woah, who shat in your Cheerios this morning?! I just made a suggestion that worked for me, not hold a gun to your head :/

I made the move to Seraph when it went live and I was able to grab my dream plot I wanted since StB. I also don't have a problem data center traveling to link up with friends too, I still enjoy all aspects of the game just fine. What is it that counts as entitlement when I did exactly what my suggestion said? I was tired of losing every click wars for any plot for years before moving to Seraph. Now I can enjoy this aspect of the game instead of whining like you and fighting over scraps where you're at when there are hundreds of mediums and even a few mansions left to grab in Dynamis as we speak. Moving to a preferred world on Dynamis is also free too. My og main on Exodus waited 7 years to get her own plot through the lotto system that is fair.

Since you want to be rude, then let me show you how happy I am with my dream plot when I took my own advice and transferred for free to Seraph two years ago now. The choice is there to move and grab a plot now and rely on crossworld linkshells to link up with friends in other data centers. That's how I am still apart of a FC in Exodus despite being in Seraph where the FC uses the cwls for all FC chatting when I'm in Primal and then use Discord when away.

The Goblet has probably better plots then some other places. I say that 100% honestly.
