Arcadion Appreciation

I mean its a breath of fresh air compared to the MSQ, but I think its too soon for me to really sing any praises of it other than its themeing being pretty fun

well did reg m1-m4 still learning mechanics will get better with time not done savage yet still need to get ilv to 710 to meet requirements.

I really like that each fight has its own music. I liked Scream well enough, but it was getting on my nerves a bit after weeks of hearing it every raid night.

The Arcadion single-handedly redeemed the existence of solution 9 for me, they really knocked it out of the park with this one

Arcadion is the best raid tier we received so far.
They need to keep the standard, it will be TOUGH.

Playing Arcadion with my static is the only reason I haven't entirely quit the game. It is the single thread I am clinging to for dear life after how truly awful the DT MSQ experience was. I never want to see or hear any of those characters ever again.

But the Arcadion characters? I can tell immediately they're from other writers. They told a better, more compelling story with more world building and more fun, unique characters in the span of maybe an hour of cutscenes vs 30 hours of DT MSQ. And it's not like it's some immaculate masterpiece, it's just actually good and entertaining after hours and hours of identical do-nothing Scions and Wuk Lamat telling us about understanding and friendship. Who's to say how it will end, but it's the only thing I care about right now.

Also your character had more agency in those couple of hours than the 30 hours of DT MSQ. Probably an equal amount of meaningful dialogue choices, too.

The real hilarious thing is that it tells a much more understandable family-conflict story than the MSQ.

Make arcadian story the new patches msq. And ditch alexandria Or rifts or whatever

Arcadion is definitely one of the best parts, if not the best part of DT. Even with the whole savage tuning nonsense.
