It's time to re-open DC travel for Dynamis

I want a Expansion of the Data Center Travel :)
So i can finaly visit my American Friends.

But yeah lift the Travel lock.

Also, just an FYI, but if these people are your friends they should be willing to travel to Dynamis and play with you. Travel to this DC is still open.
