To Kill a Raven!

Got it on our second try (would have been first, but a couple meteors got through) with WAR MNK DRG BLM BLM BRD WHM WHM. Had the WHMs help nuke meteors at the Megaflare phase in tandem with a BLM on each side. Was pretty clean, all in all.

IIRC, Nael will trigger his 2hr early if you do enough damage to him while he is charging.

You kinda need to force that, since the mages will otherwise run out of mana, even with Ballad.

Typically you can avoid it by having the Bard Soul Voice Ballad everyone before he starts the Meteor Rain. That way everyone is getting a full potency Ballad before the mayhem starts and the Bard wont be running around like a chicken with his head cut off tryin to reapply it when mages need it most.

You're intended to force him to do it anyway because he regens while he's charging. He will do it early and insta-wipe your group if 3 meteors hit the ground.
