Yeah, didn't get an actual person. Just messages saying go to the website for help and a thank you from the "Final Fantasy XI" team...someone needs to update their macros.

It's been right after reactivation for all of us so far.

Seeing more people with the same issue all not getting helped by SE bothers me..
If they can locate the problem as corrupted character data, they should have a backup of the data somewhere, right?
I really hope it's getting resolved soon for you guys :(
Preferably before 1.23a because of the Gobbue mount.

The first time I called phone support, it took about 3 minutes to get across that my error was 14 related, not 11.

Yeah my 1st call, the CS rep asked if I called in recently because my error sounded familiar. Then my next three calls were to one of two reps of the same reps, has to be a small department...
