Hi, all. I played FFXI for a few years and I pre-ordered the collector's edition for this game. Played it for about a week when it came out and ended up moving on to a different game because of the disappointment. I started paying the sub when it came back up, because I'd heard about all the good things happening to the game and with SWTOR becoming a log-in-raid-log-out kind of game for me, I'm really looking to invest some time in this game.
I'm a disabled American Veteran, so I've got a lot of time to play :). I've got a lvl 22 Lancer, with everything else at lvl 1. Looking for a friendly group of people to level with and some experienced people that can help me get the hang of the game. It's been awhile since I played something as in-depth as FF, but I'm a quick learner :). You can reach me in-game @ Sunny Lee.

So, my husband and I came back to the game a couple of months ago. I've mostly concentrated on crafting, while my husband has leveled drg to 50.
I would really like to join a linkshell. Mainly because I miss having a sense of community in the game. My husband has been burned by linkshells (mostly in FFXI) and is not interested in joining one, which makes me sad :(
What I'd like to ask is if you would be at all agreeable to having me join your linkshell. Most of my crafting classes are between 32 and 38. I plan to level them all, except Culinarian, to 50. However, I think I need to concentrate on my pugilist (27) so I can join the Grand Company quests and get the lowdown on the storyline. Having said that, I'd love to have a linkshell available for social benefit, to craft things for more people, and to have groups that wouldn't mind going through some of the GC quests/fights with me. If you're keen on helping out low levelers, so we can help you in turn later, I'd love to join your group. If you're not looking to take on low-levelers, I completely understand!

I too have been looking for a guild for some time now, shouting in Uldah doesnt seem to work. Looking for a casual LS that is active. My current LS all left for SWTOR wich is now a bore to me. Cant wait for 2.0!!!

Just wanted to add a note to others looking for an LS. This group is wonderful! We've grown since I joined and there's always a lot of help for anyone who needs it. If you're looking for a friendly LS with a helpful atmosphere, look us up!
