Same. Tried but didn't work. Tech support in denial, say they can't help with my problem

So i know that answer to this problem is that my laptop is old, but i too want to play this game that i was playing till this update!
If i can't buy new PC why i can't play that i was already playing without any issues before this update?!

There are people with much better machines than mine who are having this problem. It's not a machine issue, it's something tripping in their software for sure. On low settings you should still be able to play, infact, I can load it on my super old laptop at like 2fps, but it still loads.

Hope they'll be able to fix it.
Thanks for your answer. It's kinda comforting knowing that not only me is troubled by this new update.
It's just feeling so unfair not be able to be like anyone else, when just a week ago everything was just right

One of my friends fixed his error by downloading DDU (Display driver uninstaller) uninstalling his video drivers and not reinstalling them. its kind of an odd way to do it but until there is a better fix, this is something to try

you are not alone. Same error and no game access since the maintenance started.
I wish they would at least acknowledge this error and work on it.

I wish there was a way to make then notice this error. I've tried to contact tech.support but they ignores me telling that they can't help with this sort of issues

I am able to bypass the error by uninstalling my graphics driver, however the game only runs at like 2 fps. This 100% confirms its a driver issue. (however we knew that previously) if anyone is able to possibly try older versions of their graphics drivers and let us know the result. We already know that updating it works for newer devices most of the time. but an older version might do the same if you are already up to date.
