It's always when the official release happens. Day of on the official launch day, not the EA period. Squeenix also has a habit of giving you 2-4 days grace period after official release before they force you to input the code.

Just coming back to this for the OP. My key for DT CE is showing up on Steam now. Not sure which day it popped up.

My key showed up I think yesterday, or Friday, can't remember. But you can't redeem it on mogstation until July 2nd
