To be fair, it's an MMORPG. These are famous for wasting your time. This game does it one of the least because it wasn't afraid to abandon a lot of time-wasting concepts, but time-wasting mechanics are still there, especially in the sense of motivating people to do content over the long term (such as daily bonuses, weekly caps).
People playing over the long term keeps the content active for a longer period so that the game doesn't completely drop off after the first week of content release.
Teleport times are just a lore thing. MMOs historically would make you literally walk/run/mount to places, such as raids, which meant your group could be waiting ages and ages for you to arrive. So a short teleport cast is arguably a better compromise that still respects getting somewhere within the lore.

The first thing i notice is that a lot of my friends all transfered to a raider focused data center. Because i came back late during the patch, for every content i missed i had to data center transfer to even have the chance to get a party going. The feels horribel.
That is a recent issue caused by the release of Data Center Travel. They are aware of it. So we'll just have to see what they come up with to solve it.

Inventory is a such a mess when i open it.
Well you can sort it. In the little inventory UI it shows the items as a color to indicate what type of items are where. There are auto-sort options too.

we also have a lot of stuffs that we can not sell but only discard.
These are generally currencies. Their advice is you can delete old currencies (from prior expansions or patches). People have requested it all go in the currency window for years, but at this point in the game, the currency window would be flooded with hundreds of currencies if they did that.

Tradable: Crafting gathering mats, Crafted midtier parts and gears, Materias, food, potions, Dyes, darkmatters, housing items and a lot more.
Well you can mostly delete mats as they are probably easy to buy/gather, but you can check the market board prices for it if you're not sure. If you have a lot of it or got it from a normal enemy, it's probably not rare.

Untradables: Totems, books from savage raid, untradable dyes, tokens from different raids, timed currency, other currencies etc. I have mainly saved those books and parts from savage raid for glam purpose. After a few years break. I litarally have to fact check every unsellable item with web before discard.
After a few year break, all those currencies will be redundant for gear purposes. If you were working towards a totem mount, you'd probably still want to keep them to reach 99 to exchange for it. Unless you cleared it a lot, a high-value drop such as from an ultimate raid would probably have been spent on a weapon already.

Give us extra tabs in our inventory to seperate different type of items. We already have a similar system implemented like the keyitem tab+ shards/crystals (Icon + numbers).
They could but what if you want to use the limited entry space for non-currencies? People would most likely say "should let us use it for any purpose".
They could try to make both tabs shared inventory space but that would probably be at least a headache for them to achieve. It would have to be like a scale balance system.
