7.0 Patch is Live On PC, Playstation and Xbox

57G on PC, 106MB download. Seems to be pushing my full speeds at least compared to other games I play that refuse to go over 1-2MB <_<

it tries to download but then says insufficient memory
and this number comes up "100,368" MB of available space is needed somehow
the drive its installing to has 97,2 GB free space not enough?
and how much space exactly is needed to unpack the downloaded files?
drive K where im downloading to has 97,2 GBs free space

Probably need more space to unpack the downloaded files.

FFXIV, using the official launcher, ALWAYS uses the C drive as a staging drive for downloads. AFAIK it needs a minimum of 2GB on the system drive downloading to the folder that has your config in it. For most people that will be in C:\Users\XXX\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\downloads.

after copying the full square enix folder(just copying it not deleting) from drive K to C the download started normally with no insufficient memory errors
the issue is fixed 222 minutes left for the full download to finish

I'm downloading 57Gb's says 24m let's go!
Update download complete took 19 minutes :)

They did recommend 140GB of free space. Mine went from 150 (not much, I know) to 140, so the other 47GB may have made up the replacement files.

Well, I got like 80% of the way through the download before it cut off and the launcher started spamming me with "Unable to update patch files. [11006][20819[[20831][19900][23]".

I'd like to think it's just a traffic issue and not something more obnoxious.

I am running into this issue too. The game refuses to update, it just gives me this error message:Unable to update patch files [11006] [20819] [20831] [19900] [23]

I really need some help. I preordered Dawntrail precisely so I could play in the Early Access. I'm going to be absolutely crushed if I have to miss the early access because of this error.

It's still more than 24 hours till early access.
