Someone mentioned elsewhere they contacted support from the promotion site regarding inadequate points from their special flavor bottles. Perhaps you could do the same regarding the expired codes? Send them pictures of the bottles and cap codes if it allows.

I'd have issues putting in codes mostly due to misreading that god awful print but my biggest issue is logging in due to traffic probably.
