Does f4 currently have fangs that are longer than the stubbed ones? Cause if so yea that explanation they gave doesn't make sense to me either.

I think (haven't checked myself, but other players have said) that current Face 4 does have shorter fangs than the other current faces. Here's a mention in the first post of the big Keeper Fangs Benchmark thread:

I think the male Miqo'te canines could still be a little longer, but the one marked "in progress" is definitely an improvement!
Also would be cool if the lower canines could be a little more prominent, though perhaps not as much as the upper ones.
