According to a reddit post, any difference you're noticing is just the lighting, so..yea.

I think the only hairstyles available in the benchmark are vanilla in the sense that you don't unlock them in the game so I believe it's one they have yet to really implement.
In an unrelated note, I think you should try the hairstyle that the warrior of light uses, it'd probably look pretty good on you.
