As Humans, we are not CPUs. We have to see something, think and then react and that's only if what we see is comprehensive to begin with. As developers, it's easy to put something in and think it's ok but that's because you're the one creating the mechanics and know it already. To someone seeing it for the first time, it's a different story, which is why you don't do one hit kills to begin with. You have to allow for Human Error!
