Hey, at least Pictomancer doesn't have a cringe name like "Viper"

Hot take, I don't like either of them. But Viper looks interesting. Pictomancer looks dumb. But who knows?

Should have called it Monkey since the weapon seems to be based of Zidane who had paired knives/daggers/shortswords along with what FF9 called "theif swords" which were the same weapon created when the 2 swords are combined.

Dragoon is an actual historical military unit. Viper isn't (unless you're counting fictional stuff because... G.I.Joe)

Square simply took the name and added a dragon theme to it.

"Wiper" will certainly be the more accurate name on launch, because that's what 95% of them will do to your group.
