What can i do at max level excluding dungeons/raid/trials?

You can do anything in the game that you have unlocked (or unlock things that you skipped before). Max level is more like a pause in the story than a destination.

What have you enjoyed so far that keeps you subscribed? You say you don't like quests. You don't like dungeons/trials. You're not interested in any of the things mentioned in the reddit post.

Things not mentioned in the reddit post:

Crafting and gathering
FATEs
Island Sanctuary
Eureka and Bozja
Chocobo Racing
Doman Mahjong
Seeing how much gil you can earn through market board flipping, workshops and all sorts of other sources

It's really up to you. If there's nothing you can find that interests you, then it could be that you need a different game. What we want changes over time and there's nothing wrong with saying "this is no longer right for me".

You can try farming for glam from old raids and dungeons if youre not satisfied with your jobs current looks

Probably because i have been playing mmos since 2007. I just recently started to ask myself this question. Since i played them a lot in my youth, they became a part of my gaming routine.

I got to that point myself a while back, being done with all the reputations, having all the jobs at 90, not really caring about dungeons/raids.

I mostly started working on collections and achievements, like ranking up my Anima weapons, catching all the big fish, collecting Triple Triad cards.

Recently, I'm mostly only logging on to work on my relic tools and do the weekly turnins to get more scrips. I've been taking the opportunity to go play other games and only check on this one once a week or do crafting in the background while I read. A lot of good games came out this year!

Forcing yourself to "find something fun" to do is not a good idea to do anything. It will only make you feel worse. You need to change your routine.

Pretty much this. Dont let the disgruntled users gaslight you into not taking Yoshida's advice about playing other shit. Im taking a long break from fully playing FFXIV and its helping me refresh my mind on enjoying other forms of content rather than having to force myself into finding things to do.

If you need justification for your sub, Im sorry but nobody can make that decision but yourself.

Ultimates

Deep Dungeons

PvP

Housing

Triple Triad

Achievements

Mounts

Minions

Hunts

Fishing

The problem is neither of those things interests me.

There isn't all that much else to do in the game.

You can try to get gear for the best look, rather than the best stats. ("Glamour is the real endgame")
There is roleplaying with other players for those who are interested in that.

But if you are not interested in those either, then it is time to take a pause from FFXIV and spend your time on something else.
