This is not true in the case of Ultimate. As Rongway said, Ultimate was designed specifically for players seeking challenge and they were told that SE would do their best to ensure they always remained a challenge by always requiring them to be level-synced and ilvl-synced. Job changes are not designed to make Ultimate easier and only those who do them can say if job changes have accomplished that or if they are now effectively easier because there is a wealth of information about how to do the mechanics available online for later participants to study.

This is not WoW. As a former WoW player myself, I'm glad it isn't. While it's natural to judge the game by our experiences in WoW, don't make the mistake of thinking it's going to be exactly like WoW with the same motivations behind the content design.

I'm sorry you don't like the answers you are being given but they are nonetheless the truth. If you want those shiny weapons and Legend titles, you're going to have to join a party and progress them synced. Many players are continuing to do exactly that.

So you don't have ANY limit breaks accessible to you, and even if you did you wouldn't be able to use multiple different types.

i think it's about , ultimate raids weapons/titles , as you can see
people do old ultimate for the titles/weapons , at least most of the players who do it
so having it unsync will take away the difficulty part and will make this rewards a normal thing , and that is what SE don't want to be , and you can see that in the savage raids , you can solo o4s as a tank
let alone Ultimate raids is made for the sake of team work , if 1 person mess up in some part , it's a wipe.
