What is the coolest weapon type for you?

In this game? Then some of the AST wep designs, not all of them: The Eureka(last stage), Bozja and the HWs Relic.
Also like swords and greatswords, I dont like how staves looks in this game though.

Great Axe is my fav weapon.

The katana. I watched a lot of Ruroni Kenshin, Ninja Scroll, Last Samurai, Samurai Champloo etc. I also started training in Iaido as well.

But as far as this game, I think the DRK swords get the best designs of all the weapons.

As a WHM mage, I am fond of Staves. I wish I could have my Monk use them too as a fighting style.

Also fond of good ol' Sword & Board, Great Axes, Spears, and Sage weapons as well.

Astroglobes(i think thats what they are called) and chakrams. I just hope we Get more unique dancer chakrams soon that actually looks like a weapon a dancer would use and not some ugly dinnerplate.

Swords , real big fan of dual wielding so looking forward to Viper a lot. Maybe we finally get the kind of dual wielding I like.

Least favorite is axes. I just don’t really like them that much lol. I don’t find them aesthetically pleasing so I avoid using them whenever possible.

Gunchucks are definitely the coolest weapon because they're so stupid they wrap back around and become cool again.

Big fan of two-handed swords, mainly European, so needless to say I was really looking forward to unlocking Dark Knight... only for it to be kind of a letdown in the end, but thankfully Samurai has been a decent compromise (animations are good, I think, though I'm not as keen on the effects themselves, they're very... Eastern. As you'd expect. Its weapon designs could use more variety).
Honorable mention: Gunblades. Not something you see every day, I'm glad they're in the game (even if they fall apart if you think about them too hard. Also could use more variety, but retroactively. Add the missing weapons already!!)

Mao prefers stick. Is good for burninating and also good for chewings on.
