It took over 24 hours to delete the one literally announcing all the different bot/cheat ones. They do, they're just (per usual) incredibly slow about it when its that topic.

With the upcoming Cloud Server trials - if successful then they could implement a couple of 'Console Only' cloud servers and allow free transfers for console players to these if these people want to. (May make them deader than Dynamis but its an idea)

Doing this, they could then review their TOS to allow addons for PC users and make everybody happy. Especially with the new Xbox trials coming.

Things like the new fall guys event have shown console players are at a disadvantage as we cannot see markers etc, which is why I got my rewards and just left it alone.

As a PS5 user, I don't see this information and it puts me at a disadvantage from the start against someone using addons. I may not know if someone among the other 23 players is using visual addons but tbh I'd rather not take the chance and do something else.

To OP: I think your post is very thought out and really shows the difference between those able and unable / willing to use this stuff.

Just C&D the XIV Quick launcher devs. Simple.

If people pressure you to use 3rd party mods or admit to using 3rd party mods themselves, you can report them for that. That includes requests for logs. By reporting such people, you clean things up a bit. By going along with it, you allow it to propagate. The choice is yours.

The issue isn't that they can't, it's that they won't.

There's just no incentive to do so.

Make a static or PF for people who aren't on PC or are on PC but don't like meta gaming and logging every single little thing they do because they actually enjoy the content and wanna help people. If people are being lame, make your own groups that aren't lame and help other console players trying to raid.
