Fair enough. Just adding an event like this that rewards this much MGP should probably have some other purpose to the MGP.

they are not lacking but most of them are old (they add like 1 mount and 2 orchestrion rolls each expac). to me gold saucer is the missed opportunity to put npc glam elsewhere than in mogstation (after all it's already in-game items they weren't created firsthand for the sake of going into mogstation)

The server ticks got worse since yesterday. Used to get into third stage but can't pass the second tri-color gates due to difference on screen and server.

I also do not agree with downscaling the rewards based on amount of players. People not using addon to autoleave queue are basically punished for staying in queue and wanting to play the event how it was designed.

Not really only a problem for veteran players? I bought the 4m MGP mount a day after it came out and basically zero'd out my MGP. I'm almost at 8m MGP now in less than a year.

Mainly do the weekly challenge logs for the saucer and the fashion report. Sometimes if I don't want anything else from the WT I get the MGP vouchers.

Congrats! You're a minority on that end. Majority of players won't farm it at the rate you are.

The point was simply that there's already a rather large prize pool using mgp.

first read about this before it went live and said to myself the is going to be a dumpster fire and to stray away from it.

You can AFK lose 5 matches in LoVM for the 5k, 10k, and 12k

10 wins in the battle hall take about 8 minutes against the easiest NPC there

With the gates, some of them are super easy to do, or you can just sign up for a few and not care for some of the stuff

Mini cactpot takes 20 seconds a day

Fashion report gives 69k with a big bonus up, and 60k normal, just doing this alone once a week gives you a crap ton of MGP for doing it for a year. Just this and 5 AFK losses in LoVM is 96k a week alone with doing nothing else. That's 4,992,000 MGP from barely any effort. You can watch a few videos/anime/ect while doing LoVM
