Endwalker hates tacos

we havent really seen a lot of hingashi. still room for a sushi expansion

maybe this is also when we'll finally get that basic but sweet kimono tataru wears in kugane

My question is why we've had him eat a burger in the expansion where we visit Thavnair?
What a waste.

We have been seeing hints of this weird food-filler scene-writing grow over the years. There were persimmons in Stormblood, sandwiches in Shadowbringers. It never fails to be bizarre though.

In general I think the moment-to-moment writing has gotten weaker post-Stormblood, and is starting to feel dating-sim-ish. I'm totally expecting yet another character to fall asleep from working too hard in Dawntrail.

I'm of the opinion we need to take all the "still drownable" scions to Tamamizu for some kami blessings, so sushi on the way could work out great.

Or maybe they'll drag G'raha into a new Hildibrand quest line where his burgers have gone missing. After much shenanigans the culprit is found to be Shirakami Fubuki who summons Fubuzilla on everyone....

For some reason I'm reminded of some youtube channel I came across awhile back where the guy's videos were him making various foods and dishes seen on cartoons, anime, manga, tv shows, and movies.
