Im always saying they need to split our abilities more. Give aoe, gapcloser etc early on, limit range, are of effect, longer CD. But make em actual new skills down the road that are "more of the Same & better", not just the lazy "gz youre lv 56 now, you learned the abc trait that gives you 15% more damage on your lv 26 skill!"
They can be weak or almost useless, but it helps against boredom and gettin insane when synched down.
You could balance it so well that way... and even if some jobs are more OP on some levels then others... soon we get 90+ levels.. we NEED to spread stuff out more, without making whole levelranges feel barren.
