I might make a character on it just to see how many others jumped on for the stress test.

The raids I lead are so-called "anyprog". I don't restrict who can join based on progression/clear experience. I encourage folks who are new to join, and people who've cleared will often join for one reason or another. If lack of experience is the only thing that's stopping you, please know that you and others who have never stepped foot into DRS or done any challenging combat content in this game are welcome to join us.

No. They're temporary characters solely for the stress test, limited to the cloud dc and will be deleted once the test is done.
