/keybind > System > Cancel Macro
It's helpful to bind this function to something so that you don't have to execute macros to cancel macros. Sidenote worth mentioning: this is one of the two ways to cancel a /mlock macro.

Thanks for the info. It is helpful since I frequently use macros that I have to stop halfway. I used to use macros assigned to the analog sticks on my controller, but they can't be used while macrolocked. Using the keybind is much faster than typing /macrocancel or /mcancel manually.
For action replacement, I intended to use a greeting macro such as "/p o/" at the start of duties to cancel a running macro. In combat, I often use /crosshotbar commands to switch XHBs, or targeting macros such as /targetenemy or /assist.
Patch 7.4 Notes
Since patch 7.4 rendered my macro useless, I'd like to add an update. My intention was to use a conditional wait at the start of a duty without consuming a lily. However, this is no longer possible, as a conditional wait now wastes a lily. Fortunately, since Afflatus Solace and Asylum are both learned at the same level (Lv. 52), you can replace the second line with the following:Quote:
Full stacks of Lilies and the Blood Lily in full bloom will be granted to white mage upon the beginning of duties.
/action "Asylum" gtoff <wait.60>
Run this macro while your mouse cursor is not on the ground: that is, while it is over the party list, a hotbar slot, or another UI element. In this way, you can still use a conditional wait without wasting Asylum.
