Anything outside of Dynamis should fit what you're looking for. Data center travel certainly does suck but server communities are still healthy outside of party finder. If you're looking to meet people you could chat with them in cities or other popular areas like Gold Saucer, join hunt trains or S rank kills, visit non-club RP venues, join eureka/bozja runs, and so on. The point is get out there and interact with people. Don't just stare at the wall waiting for someone to come talk to you.
