What specifically are you saying is a quest reward?
And if the IN GAME furniture (Not mog station) is basically tradeable by being a tenant in someone else's house, why does it need to be untradeable?
"please put it on the marketboard so i dont have to do anything in the game"
So Bacent as you said earlier "When people get a house in game, they don't want to have to stop and grind a ton for just a single item in a limited content type shop, more so when it's PvP, something a lot of the playerbase doesn't want to touch because IT's XIV PvP"
I'm curious, what if the housing items were locked behind PVE content, let's say a raid series, that had to be run? Still with the same MB restrictions, still with the same gain per week? Would you still have the same objections?
Personally, I would not- although I would find it less interesting since there are already so many ways to do PVE in the game. However, I would say that if people want a specific item for a house, where many items are available on the MB, it isn't unreasonable to be asked to do something in- game to acquire it.
However your other objection is that "a lot of players don't want to touch it because it's PvP" - I don't know how many people actually do participate in PVP. Whether you like PvP or not is up to you. What I can say is that I have no issue whatsoever in that the game ties some rewards to PvP. Personally, I find the rate that WM and collars can be earned to be very reasonable, if you want to come up with a better rate, fair enough, although I doubt it will go far.
I haven't got an opinion on this yet. I'll get back to you when Zepla uploads her next video and tells me what to think about it.
Meanwhile over here Idk what to spend my Wolf Marks for cause I’m drowning in them outside Squadron Rationing Manuals because I’ve long gotten everything that I want from the vendors.
Crystal Trophies too…
