This cutscene is from the Immortal Flames Grand Company Quest "Like Father, Like Son". There is a YouTube video (in two parts) that has the quest in its entirety. I'll link to part 2, which contains the full cutscene.

(This video contains big spoilers if you haven't gotten very far in the Grand Company quest lines.)

Members of the Twin Adders and the Maelstrom never see this cutscene. I'm a Twin Adder myself, which is why I searched for it on YouTube to begin with. :)

Are there youtube vids of all the GC cut-scenes that I can't see in-game?

Not gonna lie, that was pretty funny lol. And hey bright side, at least there was no text at the bottom so its not too much of a spoiler lol ^_^

Each nation has their own exclusive cutscene/quest mid way through dealing with darnus, cid, or galus.

For example The Twin Adder has "Two Vans are Better than One" which is a cutscene between you galus and darnus. So no one isn't really missing out.
