Am I allowed to trade submarine parts to other players without getting banned?

People do the same with furniture with private housing. I've been doing that for years with seasonal/event items that can be placed

Also in unused form, you can sell the pieces on the Market Board... there is nothing wrong with trading these things over the FC chest, to my knowledge that is.

Also it eludes me why some of the submarine material parts is not able to be sold on the MB, however you can trade and sell them from person to person though.
