Probably the only people who will choose male miq'ote are :

A.) People who always wanted to be a male but had to choose female because there was no gender option. (Probably like 5% of the Miq'ote population, another 5% actually female, the other 90% horny males between the ages of 16 and 25.)

B.) People who started as other races because there was no male option for miq'ote. (Will probably end up being like 95% of the total male miq'ote population, along with people who start new chars as mules or secondaries.)
