I hazard no guesses, but reading these responses, I'm wondering how many people think "tome" and "tomb" are pronounced the same...

Don't know why you would think that. I guess i have to say sorry for suggesting a tomestone with the word "tomb" in it. Since they use names like "Tomestone of Comedy" we might aswell get funny sounding ones. "Allegan Tomestones of alleys & allegories" would be a great, stupid name. And yes: i am aware that those words are pronounced differently. The fact that they sound similiar but different is the joke. Apparently that has to be spelled out here...
