If it sucks so bad for you, then just stop. You've complained about BLU's exclusive content since 4.5, and it's stupid you STILL come back to complain when you can't beat it because it's not braindead easy enough for you.

At the very least if it has to have multiple acts give me a save point after each one. And for story mode purposes get rid of act 2 for bosses. Should only have to do act 2 if you're achievement farming. And by bosses I mean 25, 30, 31 and 32the only way I can get a better weapon (really only materia wise is it better) is doing Carnevale .
I'm inclined to agree. Frankly I feel this last fight is just going overboard. Gogo was hard enough, but the mechanics were manageable once you got them down. With this though, you have much less room for error, and with how long just the first phase alone takes just makes it a slog to go through.
On top of that, why give him so much health? This fight I feel is in need of a rework to make it less punishing, cause as it stands, the absurd number of mechanics is just overwhelming, especially in act 2. Sure, there's no time limit, but you can't afford to screw up or you'll die really fast. Who the hell thought this was a good idea?
Also, side note, Gogo may have been a hard fight, but at least he didn't have absurd amounts of health. Doesn't help that I have bad reaction time. I play games like this to have fun Square, not to have an aneurysm. If I wanted hard or challenging gameplay, I'd go play Elden Ring.
I went for the achievement and the clear together, then got the other three title achievements. Actually didn't take that long even with various mistakes, though having melded 530 crit gear and all of the spells is helpful. The new guy being a little beefier than the previous stages isn't too surprising with the way HP scales. Azulmagia just gets obliterated now.
32 is easy. Take it step by step.
The slime casts an instawipe? Look, it's weak against ice. But it barely takes damage? look at your spell list. There's an ice spell that inflicts Deep Freeze and there's a spell that insta KO enemies that has Deep Freeze.
He casts gravity and then casts an AoE and you're too slow to dodge? Look at your spell list again. Do you have a teleport spell that works through Heavy?
The doll summons cast AoE that covers the whole ground and there's no safe spot! Look at your spell list again. Maybe you can't dodge this attack and you just need to reduce the damage you take. Is there a spell that does that?
Ugh this damage-sponge is annoying. He can take pretty much my entire lifebar, my damage is like 0.1%. I've tried to beat it but it's too boring of a fight, my mind strats drifting away and mistakes start being made
Just came here to say that the first act takes too much.. by the time i get to act 2 i am so tired/exausted that i forget the new mechanics (or where the skills like diamond back are on bar, since usually i never use em)..
I'll do it, as i did with the other things, but i hope whoever invented this get retribution
I genuinely hate this fight and I hope they don't do the same for Beastmaster. The biggest problem is all BLU weapons are locked behind these fights, otherwise I would have ignored the carnivale completely. I don't find puzzle fights particularly fun, but damage sponges with one hit kill mechanics are the opposite of fun. And I don't need help with the fight, I saw the guides and I have the spells but this thing made me ragequit the game.
In the future don't lock all weapons behind a single piece of content.
