Shadowkeeper is being released along with Eden content. Releasing (or patching in) a Shadowbringers mount the same patch when BLU is going to be able to do Shadowbringers savages AND when previously they had gotten a mount for doing both 50/60 raids and now could do 70/80 raids... It's easy to see why people would believe it would be a BLU reward.

even unreleased event items have achievements and quest associated with them and when they don't its either Vendor or Mogstation related

I'm not sure about the "tall tail" style, but the other one is Ardashir's hairstyle so it would have been added for him first. I'm not sure why they took so many years to implement it for players.

Most things added in advance are going to be activated within the next patch or so.

Joking aside, I'm pretty sure they will give something better as a reward, especially after seeing many players getting upset about the Shadowkeeper mount.

So since its obvious that the true endgame in this game is glamour/mounts/minions, is this p2w?

Anyone that reported that it "may be a BLU mount" were doing nothing but speculating.

It doesn't even make sense for it to have been a BLU reward, considering only the first raid BLU raid achievement had a mount attached to it and that mount had nothing to do with either raid series.

The only reward for the second BLU raid achievement was a title and I expect the next tier to be the same.

People are delusional.
