I'm of the opinion that BH's damage increase should come paired with a damage taken increase. A Risk/Reward thing. The team that rolls people should be made easier for people to kill.
See someone with BH5? They are a target to be focused down. On a kill streak? You are squishier, so avoid risky plays to stay alive and keep your buff.
But this all works better in game modes that aren't overtly objective based like Frontlines aspire to be. Maybe if we ever get a map that doesn't have 'nodes' or capture points - and instead relied only on kills/deaths to tally points.

The battle high lost is good enough. That just means if your crying about it you are bad at decision making in pvp. You need to judge if its smart to engage or not. Choosing not to and dying is a result of you inept ability to gauge the combat field and judge what worth going in for. Those who maintain there battle high did good to judge the battle an act accordingly,
