Seriously, I doubt it at the moment. Usually have to wait awhile after a patch goes live for someone to do this.

You also won't find it here. SE frowns on third party hosting of their patches, so the mods will be quick to delete any thread pointing to it. I'd ask on one of the unofficial fansites.
