The battle still rages to this day. There's always at least once active Eureka instance, and you won't find any shortage of salt within them.

From what I've seen on Aether, the pop is announced and a pull time is set and most generally are fine with waiting for that time or waiting for the new time if an extension is called for. The one exception are the cash mobs and everyone warns everyone else to be there because the afk attendees will insta-pull when it pops then dip from the instance.
I'm not certain if it was a cash mob or not, now that I think about it.
I wasn't at the location when it happened, but I remember everyone passive aggressively complaining about the guy on shout chat.
I was pleasantly surprised, because I expected Eureka to be kinda dead.
Theres rewards at the end of the tunnel, and along if u want to bother with farm for gear/relic
generally id go in there, help spawn shit, and watch netflix while you do it, its very cozy "brain off" stuff
It is fun content to do now and then, so yes it is worth it.
How much do you want the glowy armor and various drops? All are accessible solo and you can just do challenges every week to progress pretty regularly. Just be ready for long grinds, inability to do ANYTHING ELSE during those grinds and managing "dead" instances along with required quests that will make you walk through areas where you can die and lose significant progress if nobody is around to res you. Also if you want any of the NM drops be ready to join a finger punishing lengthy and constant fate train.
BUT... That being said I did find my elemental armor worth it. It's relatively uncommon to see and goes with my aesthetic. Only took me like.. 3 months.
Tbh im not that interested on the armor, I just like shiny weapon and thats it, if I get any other minion/orchestrion i welcome them too.
Ozma mount look cool, but everyone saying baldesion is a slog so we will see in the future.
Also whats with the bunny everyone seems to hate reading reddit posts?
