I've been married a long time and cheating is defined within my husband and my relationship as anything we wouldn't feel ok doing or saying in front of the other, in the context of friendships. I wouldn't personally care about an in-game marriage just for the mount but it's also not something I'd feel 100% ok doing myself, so it does fall under the "cheating" umbrella. Not as far under it as some things, but it's still there.

i have an in-game husband and an irl husband. so i don't see wynaut.

I don't see any issue, personally. I mean, it's a game. Its a fantasy setting where a large percentile of the playerbase spend time playing an idealised character who is a member of a fantasy species, of the opposite sex than their R/L selves, in a world of dragons and magic etc etc.

In my opinion it only becomes a problem if the relationship steps out of the game setting and into R/L.
