For my experience, I got to the point where it said I has a ticket in my basket (this was before the queue kicked in), however, when I checked, there wasn't one, which I then got stuck in a queue. Even when I did get a chance to land a ticket, it kept giving an error, so I never got one.
Now, I wouldn't mind too much, however, the fact people from outside EU could get a ticket, as well as someone who doesn't even play the game is the main gripe I have. Yes, losing a ticket sucks, but it would suck a lot less if you knew it was going to someone who is from the region the fanfest is for AND someone who is at least an active player.
In my personal opinion, after the lottery, it should have been open only for people with an active sub. That way you know the person plays the game and you would be able to tell what region they are in. However, not having a venue big enough for the fanbase in Europe (4000 is nowhere near enough) is the biggest let down.
