I found deleting the wine64-prelauncher helped and the launcher runs fine. However the problem comes exiting the game as the it locks the launcher window and it has to be force closed. So in the meantime I'm running XIV on MAC also. I haven't experienced the other issues that XoM have experienced.

Add me to the list of people unable to log into FFxiv on Mac.
Sorry SE, but I will not put my computer's security at risk because you can not do your job.

Add me to the list of people unable to use SE launcher after upgrading to 13.3.1. Trying out XIV on Mac now....

Whelp rip me logging in on my laptop whilst at work. Add another tally to the 13.3.1 Ventura MacOS that is unable to log in as the ffxiv shell launcher is broken. It really would help if SQEX would have their own Mac launcher instead of a 3rd party shell.

Also unable to play after updating to 13.3.1

Add me to the list. XIV on Mac also not working. Wine64-preloader deletion also doesn't help me :(
Sadge.

Did you figure this out? Just updated mine tonight and now the launcher isn't working for me either :c

https://www.xivmac.com/ works better than the SE client and is a workaround for this currently. Easy to setup too if you already have the game installed

Hi everyone, had same problem after Ventura 13.3.1
Tried many things but today I found an old video and it solved problem for me. It was about next steps:
1. Open the package (Show Package Contents)
2. Delete SharedSupport - finalfantasyxiv - bin - “wine64-preloader”
I did it and run launcher, press play and game started))))
Don't know if it is a solution for all but try that. I did backup for this file in any case.
Have a nice day everyone!

I deleted “wine64-preloader” and the launcher works now for me. Thank you for making this thread!
