It's too late. It has spread too far. The only solution is another Dalamud-like summoning. Maybe a few hundred of them to be 100% sure.

Y'can always try the traditional scheme of waiting until right after a Tuesday maintenance completes. That used to work for new characters and for homeworld transfers. Admittedly I haven't tried to do that in a while.

Doesn't help at all when a server has the Congested status, and never had any effect on homeworld transfers.

Now we just need Crystal DC locked to itself so they can stop coming over to Dynamis and filling the entire PF window with advertisements for ERP clubs.

The difference is that if people can make characters there they end up making whiny posts about lack of housing and how they can't move to Dynamis because of their story lines, or something. It's better for everyone they are forced to create characters somewhere else.
