HELP - Possibly switching from NA to EU?

Just keep NA payment method. I had a lot of trouble trying to get ShB for my NA account from Sweden, so I ended up rerolling.

(I live in South America where my lowest ping is around 190ms xD.... :'( ).

In your shoes, I'd go for EU server without thinking twice. I think it must be awesome to play this game with less than 100ms of ping!
About friends, well... life is composed by phases. Each one having their own groups of people that comes and goes... The trick is to keep the most loved ones close, but being open to the new ones that could be part of your life in the next phase.

EU community is big enough for you to find everything you are used to find at NAs. So, why not? '-'

The only differences are that far away from your region, weaving abilities between the GCD can be harder and force you to only single weave. This isn’t going to stop you clearing raids.

The other difference is cultural. EU makes use of macros to decide raid positions and uses auto-translate because of the multiple language spoken. There are other slight behaviour differences you might notice because of how life in the EU is not exactly like in NA. Different circumstances, laws, prevalent mindsets.

I think all EU servers are in germany?
get ready for a few culture shocks since EU does some things differently than NA.

I'd probably pick the Chaos DC if raiding is your main objective. Cerberus or Ragnarok were pretty good if I remember correctly, but the specific server doesn't really matter anymore anyway.

The Light DC is...okay I guess, it still has Odin as the raiding server, but the clear rates are definitely lower.


And be prepared for a lot of french on Chaos or a lot of germans on Light.
