With the change to fc buffs, strider boots should instead grant lost impetus

just going slower for the sake of it is very silly, especially when this is factoring for Cities, places we've been through 100s of times, i'll take my time and look at them the first few times i run through, after that? naw i'm getting done what i need done there asap.


As for the FC buff, never seen it active, probably never will
