Lol no. With delay and chain it's way more effective. Imagine being miracle'd during your ult. It needs a nerf.

Why would range even matter when an enemy is literally on your face when you use it defensively, or when you just have to press seraph strike to use it offensively anyway?

Pretty much, it's like one of the best kill securing tools in the game; or defensively, it's amazing for shutting down incredibly dangerous LBs like Warrior.
