Not to say people are cheating or not, but you ALWAYS die to stuff in raids (savage) even after watching a video, because you're also having to get used to where you're at in your rotation relative to the mechanic. If you show me somebody who somehow is dodging everything in a savage raid or EX despite it being their first time in, I will be very skeptical that they're doing it legitimately. Now if they've been progging the fight previously, that's different. But their first time in? That's super sus.

Oh dude, the addon "problem" in alliance raids. What a problem it is. Insane, I cant even tell you how much of a problem it is. Crazy, it's so much of a problem it overflows and loops back around to not being a problem at all.

The new EX has set safe spots for the majority of the puzzle. There's even some you can do immediately without thinking. For example, the second "puzzle" is ALWAYS opposite of where the V starts. Every single time.

Most AOEs are telegraphed before they begin, ngl. Even for new content, if you have a passing understanding of what boss movements mean you can typically dodge aoes before they begin. I.E. Boss moves right arm up, typically that means the right side is unsafe (Either in a circle with a safety cone, or in a rectangle.) They begin this animation before they begin casting, sometimes, too. If the boss suddenly moves upwards, that might mean that either under them is unsafe (jump down) or under them is safe (some form of circle aoe).

It's not an exact science, but certainly accounts for a lot of what you're probably seeing, OP.

Yeah, all of the puzzles have a really simple "rule (youtube video of the new EX)" to follow, for most you can find the safe spots almost instantly.

How are they using addons in the first week when most of the addons were broken? Unless textools was working idk, I'd hope most people abandoned that trash by now.

Also, a mod for a new fight telling people where to go within the first week? I'm gonna hit that with a doubt.
