Tempted to poke the FATE thread I made but I like this idea so much I'll ride the tangent here lol- I really think SE needs to work on the dynamic scaling, not just for bosses, but in general... FATEs have never been 'hard' so I hate to see the argument like challenge, they're a good open world content WHEN ITS VALUED but after that due to their fairly poor dynamic scaling they sometimes hold the keys to content that 'was reasonable' but is not longer such. Naturally if more people join it's not dynamic in one direction.
Honestly I believe improving their dynamic nature will also in general encourage more emergent participation.
Would love to see them address that, and definitely OPs idea as well as it's quite nice.
