Oh it most likely will. Because there are portions of the world we have not seen, it won't be surprising one bit to find a place where dynamis is the primary power source for magic...which would also work as a good way to "reset" levels in the new zones because we're basically starting from scratch learning how to use dynamis instead of aether for everything (and then combining the two together consistently).

A good idea for a Deep Dungeon in Ultima Thule for the next expansion - no longer will it be in the final zone of the current expansion and it'd give a reason besides Omicron Tribe quests to return to that zone. Having our third Deep Dungeon return to clean up some of the lingering Crystal Tower/Eureka threads and be located in a far more accessible zone to players starting before level 89 is why I'm glad that the (Ultima Thule) Dynamis Deep Dungeon wasn't chosen this time, but the concept writes itself.
